Founded in 2009, Optimum Tracker is an innovative, fast-growing international company with a passion for challenges. On a human scale (30 employees), we design and produce solar tracker solutions for large-scale photovoltaic power plants in France and the 4 corners of the world.
We work with numerous countries to help them realize their ambitions for sustainable development by transforming the sun's rays into continuous electricity.
We're helping to build Europe's largest solar power plant.

A permanent contract (executive status) to be filled immediately – 38h30/weekly

The Job
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, your mission will be to develop the quality of the system and improve the performance and reliability of the company. You will have to evaluate the effectiveness of our Quality system:
-Identify and analyze points of non-compliance
-Facilitate problem resolution groups
-Train in risk management tools
-Measure performance and participate in carrying out quality audits and inspections
-Maintain the ISO 9001 standardEnsure the management and monitoring of customer complaints.
-Manage company-related certifications
-Deploy the reliability planImplement supplier quality/audit
-Analyze risks on FMEA products
-Involve R&D
-Organize and create processes
Your Profile
Master 2 QHSE, QHSE business school diploma
Engineering school diploma (Quality)
Minimum experience of 2 years in industrial quality
You are recognized by your rigor, your organization, and your analytical mind, you are able to communicate to oral as well as written and convincing.
Mastery of ISO standards, Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools and methods
Mastery of project managemen
Pedagogy, diplomacy and good listening skills
Sense of results, good interpersonal skills, common unifier
Synthetic and logical spirit Pragmatic English B2 International travel
