Optimum Tracker completes golden tracker assembly for 8 MW solar project in Italy

Optimum Tracker has successfully completed the assembly of the first O-Track® One (1P) solar tracker on an 8 MW photovoltaic project in Italy, marking an important milestone in the construction process.
Known as the Golden Tracker, this first fully assembled structure serves as a reference for the installation of all remaining trackers across the solar power plant.
The Optimum Tracker team was present on site to guide and train the installation crews, ensuring that assembly procedures, technical specifications and installation best practices are correctly understood before full-scale construction begins.
O-Track® One has undergone an Independent Technology Review by DNV, providing additional confidence in its technical reliability, performance and bankability. Combined with hands-on technical support, this approach helps ensure consistent installation quality and long-term operational reliability.
Through its involvement in key construction stages, Optimum Tracker continues to support the successful implementation of utility-scale solar projects in Italy, combining French engineering expertise with practical field experience.
