Two years after the construction of the 3.5MW tracker plant at Podio Alto in the Gard, Générale du Solaire has reaffirmed its trust in Optimum Tracker by commissioning it to build two new projects in the Gard and the Vaucluse totalling more than 13MW.
Construction work has started on the Santhiou Mékhé plant in Senegal: six Optimum Tracker machines have been deployed to drill the more than 10,000 holes at the site, while the Senegalese office is now up and running in the City of Dakar.
Optimum Tracker has won the Grand Prix Growth Companies 2016 in the GreenTech and Energies category. This prize is organized by Leaders League, the media agency editing Les Decideurs Magazine.

The Directors of Optimum Tracker’s Divisions went to the PEWA Show in Johannesburg, partly to meet the local solar-power players, and partly to tour the development centres that may soon become groundbreaking plants. Recruitment is also underway to seize opportunities for South Africa.
